Order Processing
Once you place your order, our production partner begins manufacturing your item. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before the item is shipped.
Shipping Times & Methods
We use Printify’s fulfilment network and shipping options as follows:

Standard Shipping: Estimated 2–5 business days (for many U.S. addresses) and up to 10–30 business days for international addresses.

Priority Shipping (where available): Estimated 2–3 business days domestically, 3–5 business days internationally.

Economy Shipping (when selected): Estimated up to 4–8 business days for U.S. addresses.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Once the item ships, actual carrier transit may vary. Carrier delays, customs processing (if international), and other factors may affect delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the product type, destination, and selected shipping speed. We pass along the rates provided by Printify and display applicable charges at checkout
If you see “Free Shipping” in checkout, the shipping cost has been included in the product price.
International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside our domestic area:

Customs duties, import taxes and other fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility

Some countries have special requirements (for example: Latin characters for addresses, recipient phone numbers, tax or ID numbers).

Because of this, international deliveries can take longer and may face additional handling.
Address Requirements
To help ensure successful delivery, please provide accurate shipping details:

Use Latin characters and correct formatting for address lines.

Include a valid phone number, especially for international shipments.

PO Boxes may be accepted in some regions but carry additional risk or may limit delivery options.
Lost or Returned Packages
Once the item leaves the fulfilment centre, it’s in the carrier’s domain and some risks apply. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, please contact us and we’ll evaluate options for reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
If your package appears lost (not delivered within a reasonable timeframe), reach out to us so we can assist with tracing the shipment.
Combining Orders / Additional Items
If you purchase multiple items in one order and they are fulfilled via Printify from different fulfilment centres, shipping may be split into multiple shipments and delivery times may vary slightly.
Free Shipping / Promotions
From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions. When free shipping is applied, the shipping cost is still incurred by us via Printify’s network—so we include it in our pricing or limit it to certain regions/orders.
Updates & Changes
This shipping policy aligns with Printify’s current shipping offerings. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Your continued use of our store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
