CarLore Studio — Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Include all tags and original packaging

  • Be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions for sending the item back.
Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll investigate the issue and make things right as quickly as possible.

Because our products are made-to-order through Printify, replacements are typically issued instead of returns for damaged or misprinted items.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (each item is printed on demand)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Other non-returnable categories include perishable goods (like food or flowers), personal care items (like beauty products), and hazardous materials or flammable substances.

If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, reach out before making your return request.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to complete a return for your existing item (if eligible) and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
